Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The spacious room with the most comfortable bed of our trip in Arizona was delightful, but there were some issues with group blocks. The service, despite being helpful, had a couple of instances at the lobby bar where staff didn't want to be interrupted. The beautiful and comfortable service areas and amenities compensated for this. The location was beyond amazing, with lush and well-maintained surroundings and easy access to various attractions in Scottsdale. The dining experience was decent at the Scott Grill, albeit a bit pricey. The facilities were sufficient but not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet overall, but there was some disturbance at night from outside activities. The discounted rate we secured through Priceline was a great deal compared to the regular high price. The room had fantastic amenities like NESPRESSO machine, but it could use some improvements to match the premium pricing of the stay.
The hotel rooms were spacious and well-equipped, featuring a large balcony facing the garden but seemed old and tired compared to the rest of the resort. The service was a mix of indifference and effort to make guests feel welcome, with some areas for improvement. The location was convenient for various activities but lacked consistency in noise levels. The dining experience offered good options but lacked early morning services. Overall, a stay with both positives and areas for enhancement.
